It's ok, Just Breathe

Whilst we are all busy rushing around getting ready for Monday morning. I would like you to consider whether you would like to feel calmer, more peaceful, able to make better decisions ?

Then ...may I suggest that you stop and breathe?

I mean, really breathe! The kind of breathing that fills your abdomen and slows your racing hormones and allows your body to calm down.

My wish for you tonight and for this week is to Breathe, to take time to replenish your body with much needed oxygen.

It's quite easy once you get the hang of it:

  1. Breathe through the nose. The breathe should go in and out through the nose. ...

  2. Breathe with the diaphragm. The air you breath in through your nose should go all the way down to your belly. ...

  3. Breathe relaxed. ...

  4. Breathe rhythmically ...

  5. Breathe silently.

The best way to breathe properly is to build up little by little.

The lung’s capacity starts to expand, and as a consequence your mind becomes calmer, more balanced, and you will be able to concentrate more fully and make better decisions.

When you are sleeping better, your mind is clearer and you feel calmer remember to thank yourself for this amazing talent of breathing properly.
