Health and Wellbeing Coaching
Sally is passionate about ensuring people achieve optimal wellbeing. The Wellbeing Coaching model is achieved by creating a program of choices and strategies around diet, exercise, stress management and disease prevention.
Sally's style of Wellbeing Coaching is about knowing you, the client, has the knowledge of the pathway forward, including what suits your lifestyle and personality best, even though you are unsure of how to implement.
Coaching is a supportive process that facilitates the achievement of goals through continued encouragement and accountability.
Sally empowers the client through coaching, allowing you to implement the strategies you believe will be the most successful. This allows you to build the best plan for your
wellness with the support infrastructure provided by Sally as your coach.

Medium-term goal setting (3 months)
The first session is face-to-face and will take 1.5 hours, including the evaluation process. The remaining session/s will take 30 minutes and can be done either in person or by phone/Skype. This is all about having a positive influencer in your corner, ensuring that you achieve the vision that you desire. A coach's sole role is to support you and your goal!

In all of her modalities, Sally works with the client's innate wisdom to build the best plan for the individual, as she believes that each client has a unique story and unique solution for them.
She aspires to bring like-minded souls together to build a community of wellness. Within the community we can share techniques and processes to bring about optimal wellness. We can also share our wins and challenges.

Kinesiology & Sports Therapy
​These are separate offerings depending on whether you need structural re-alignment, assistance with improving your sporting ability, or you are seeking a holistic approach to re-alignment ( mind and body)
Kinesiology sessions allow your body to operate optimally by rebalancing hormones, balancing overall energy, and providing a sounding board for change. These individual sessions are designed to empower clients to make healthy choices in alignment with their life path.
Kinesiology rebalances the body’s hormones and muscles to achieve higher brain function, improve athletic ability or attain a better functioning body.

Sports Therapy is an exciting spin on Kinesiology, focusing on physical structure. Sally utilizes Bowen therapy, Musculoskeletal therapy, functional therapy, neuro kinetics, and exercise physiology. Utilizing muscle monitoring as a vital tool, this skill set can lead to excellent results. Using Range of Motion, Postural, Orthopedic, and many other ranges of assessment to create an understanding of your individual issue. Sports Therapy is ideal for shifting pain and limited movement but also improves current sports or athletic performance.

Your body does not have a voice, instead, it manifests as symptoms; kinesiology allows the body to speak and be heard.
Self-Development
Sally works with individuals to alleviate blockages gained from stress and trauma to then empower them to bring about positive changes.

She uses Wellbeing coaching and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)tools to make the path towards healing and growth easier and more accessible. This can provide a deeper understanding and acceptance of trauma. Sally has personally found these sessions very effective for shifting emotional issues.
Reiki or Chakra Balance
A most beautiful energetic balance that shifts the body's energy to allow more positive energy to flow through it. It cleanses and balances chakras, walks you through a medication you can use at home. This balance is a beautiful an uplifting experience from a Usui Reiki Master & Teacher.
